• • The courses of the Goethe-Zentrum Kathmandu are being conceptualised and run within the framework of the European Framework of References for Foreign Languages.
  • Our teachers receive regular training in teaching methods and didactics in accordance with the standards set by the Goethe-Institute e.V. in Germany.
  • 100% online classes will be offered if the demand allows it.
  • In case a student attends a minimum of 80% of the course a participation certificate will be provided.

A       NORMAL COURSE

          You will be learning with a group of max. 21 students under the guidance of one of our highly qualified teachers on the

          premises of the Goethe-Zentrum Kathmandu.

          You have to acquire the corresponding books and material prior to the course.

          You will receive a guaranteed seat in the necessary exam at the end of the course.

           It is necessary to pass the exam to advance to the next level.

B       INTENSIVE COURSE

          You will be learning with a group of max. 21 students under the guidance of one of our highly qualified teachers on the

          premises of the Goethe-Zentrum Kathmandu.

          You have to acquire the corresponding books and material prior to the course.

          You will receive a guaranteed seat in the necessary exam at the end of the course.

          It is necessary to pass the exam to advance to the next level.

C       BLENDED LEARNING COURSE

          You will be learning with a group of max. 18 students under the guidance of one of our highly qualified teachers on the

          premises of the Goethe-Zentrum Kathmandu.

          The Blended Learning course follows an advanced course concept! You will have to organise yourself!

          The course consists of 90 daily in a classroom & (at least) 90 minutes at home in the form of guided self-learning.

          To obtain a participation certificate you have to complete 10% of both the self-learning part and the physical classes per

          week – and a minimum of 80% of the overall class.

          You will get access to an online learning platform. There you will find all needed material. There are no books necessary for

          this course.

          You will receive a guaranteed seat in the necessary exam at the end of the course.

          It is necessary to pass the exam to advance to the next level.

D       ONLINE COURSE

          You will be learning with a group of max. 18 students under the guidance of one of our highly qualified teachers on the

          premises of the Goethe-Zentrum Kathmandu.

          You will learn 90 minutes a day in online sessions and (at least) 90 minutes a day at home in the form of guided self-

          learning.

          You will have to organise yourself! To obtain a participation certificate you have to complete 10% of both the self-learning

          part and the physical classes per week – and a minimum of 80% of the overall class.

          You will get access to an online learning platform. There you will find all necessary material. There are no books necessary
